One bedroom is available in house located in Jingili - approx a 7 minute bike ride or 4 minute drive to the CDU Casuarina campus with two bus stops nearby.

The bedroom is fully furnished with single bed/linen, TV, wardrobe, study table & chair, louvres with security bars, curtains and air-conditioning, recliner and study lamp. The remainder of the house is shared, with full security, off street parking and electric gate.

You will be sharing with a professional female, young couple and 2 house trained dogs. There is an outdoor BBQ, table's and chairs to enjoy relaxing in different parts of the established garden - you'll also have access to the vegetable, fruit & herb garden. The property is located close to local shop, the main Casaurina shopping centre, Rapid Creek weekend markets, Jingili Water Gardens and beautiful beaches.
