2 bedrooms available for students (one on each room), with a female Health Professional (RDH) who is not a shift worker.
Room is fully furnished, inclusive of bed, book shelf, built in cupboard, desk and lamp in one room (could access another), (new linen, pillows and towel provided).
House is fully furnished, with all utensils etc and clean, with large outside pool.
Pool, and garden maintenance included, although bring in help once a month.
Rooms/house suit a female student who sees the benefit of a shared meal and some social support, (not keeping to yourself), will pro-actively clean and respect (and be respected) in your home environment.
