We have a large downstairs room available for rent in our house.
The house is in a quiet street, close to Casuarina shopping centre. The house has a large tropical garden, pool and off-street parking.
The room is very large (the size of two bedrooms), light and airy. It has a large AC unit. It opens on to a sitting area, pool and tropical garden. There is one kitchen and one bathroom and a main deck with sitting area and dining table.
Internet and bills are included.
We are easy-going, hard-working and have had students staying with us for many years.
