Deposit/Bond
- Short term bookings (under 70 nights): $ 500 deposit and accommodation paid in full 72 hours from confirmation.
- Long term bookings (70 nights and above): $ 1,000 deposit and 4 weeks paid up front 72 hours from confirmation.

Prepayment
- At time of booking, 4 weeks or the total of your stay whichever is the lesser

Car Parking available at $35 per car per week for stays less then 3 months
