I have furnished all the main living areas. Your room can be furnished or partly furnished depending on your needs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Lounge room is furnished, lounges, table & chairs, coffee tables. The balcony has chairs and tables.
I can offer you a desk & bed in your room or if you want to bring your own that is ok. Your bedroom furniture is up to you if you want me to furnish it or not. The current tenant brought her own bed and bedside table.
There is a swimming pool at the back of the building.
You would be sharing with one other person. Me, a mature woman who also studies at CDU.
There is a bike, walking path across the road that goes to CDU Casuarina. I ride my bike to CDU. The bus is very close also. The bus stops near my place and at CDU Casuarina.
Electricity bills are to be divided between the 2 of us. You pay for your electricity you use.
WIFI at home is included in the rent.
Cleaning of kitchen, bathroom, living area, balcony is shared. You clean your own room. We could get a cleaning service for $40 a week extra. It’s an option we can discuss.
