3-bedroom shared house, Baroalba Street

I am looking for a mature, responsible, preferably female to share a quiet, relaxed and very spacious 3 bedroom house with only myself and my dog.

The room is air-conditioned and has an ensuite. It is currently unfurnished but can be furnished if needed.

The house includes:
- decent size in-ground pool
- large garden areas
- dishwasher
- NBN internet access
- undercover parking.
- office/ spare room for guests
- extra storage room + shed
- use of pilates studio

It is located very close to Hibiscus shopping centre and public transport and is a short drive to CDU Casuarina campus, Royal Darwin and Darwin Private Hospitals, Lee Point Beach and Casuarina shopping centre. 5 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to the city.

Household bills and expenses are additional to rent costs for long term tenants.

** If a stay is less than 3 months, happy to include expenses (eg elec, internet etc) for an extra $35 per week in addition to rent (total $285 per week).

I work full-time (most mornings and afternoons/evenings) and study part-time so mutual respect and consideration is a must.
