3-bedroom shared house, Kupang Court

A room available to rent in ground level house in quiet suburb in Woolner, 5 minutes drive to Darwin city or 15 minute bike ride, close to busy bus stop. House occupants are myself (49yo female) and my two dogs (Labradors) who are inside/outside pets. The dogs are very friendly and lovable, albeit a bit excitable. I am a non-smoker, tidy, independent, private and busy. I don't entertain much preferring to go out to socialise so the house is fairly quiet. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Room comes with a queen bed, bedside table, built in wardrobe, air conditioner and ceiling fan. NBN included. Linen can be provided at an extra cost.
You will need to keep your bathroom and room clean, and tidy up the kitchen after cooking. Cleaning products will be provided.
Electricity costs will be shared. There is off street parking for a car if you have one.
