Very quiet suburban street, no through traffic, street parking and own entrance to the property. This unit is separate from the main house and we do not have to cross paths, although I am available and happy to help should you need any assistance. This is your space

One service of the accommodation every seventh day by arrangement, is included. This includes change of linen, bathroom/kitchen clean and floors. (Does not include doing dishes)

Suit one person, or a couple. One x queen bed. No extra beds available. Not suitable for children.
Two professional adults live in the main house on this property. It is unlikely you will see us.

Should this be paid by the Uni - I am happy to invoice by arrangement.
Should this be a private booking - payment is weekly in advance at all times.

This is a quiet living space. No parties.
