5-bedroom shared house, Melbourne Street

Hello! We have TWO spare furnished bedrooms. My mum and I are looking for a friendly, relaxed, tidy housemate in Johnston / Palmerston. I work full time as a Primary Teacher and my mum is retired. She is very accommodating and young at heart. We have just relocated to a new home here in Johnston from Melbourne and are ready for a new adventure in life! Our home is all set up and your room is already furnished. You must be cool with and like dogs as we have a poodle named Louie, who is super affectionate and loves a good play. We have a great large pool that will be shared of course with you, along with all living spaces in the home. In addition to this, we have an additional front room that can be used as a private lounge room for you (which is featured in the photos with the Australia flag cushion. ) - for the times that you just want to be alone and relax. By all means we are very happy to have you with us in the main living areas also. We have a great outdoor alfresco area that will soon have a BBQ and we have an outdoor setting ready to entertain! The house is fully furnished including washing machine etc. You will be sharing a bathroom with me. There is ample parking space at the front of the home. The home is situated in a new estate called Johnston which is basically in Palmerston City and has easy access to the new Gateway shopping mall that has cinemas, gym, many shops, restaurants, medical centres etc. It is a 15-20 min drive into Darwin City Centre and is approx. 6 min drive to Coolalinga and 25 min to Humpty Doo. We also have a new McDonalds and McCafe situated 1 min down the road. Charles Darwin University and CSIRO are within close proximity along with Palmerston Hospital and are reachable by bus. There is also a bus stop within 5 min walk from our home that has connections to Palmerston City and Darwin City Centre along with Charles Darwin University.
