Looking for your own private space? Our granny flat is available for $250 ($280 per couple) including all bills (within normal use).
We are located in Moil. It's the lower level of our house, has one bedroom, kitchen and own shower and toilet. Plus shared use of laundry.
The flat is furnished with a comfy queen sized bed, place to store your belongings and your own kitchen including a new fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
A big yard and an undercover place to park your car.
We are a professional couple (IT and teacher), with two small children. So this would suit someone who is comfortable around children, like someone studying education.
Person must have good references, be neat and tidy, and like minded.
